Even better, if you’re looking to take a quick daytrip, it’s only a half hour away. So you can pop in to Sausalito at any time to take advantage of this beautiful little town and all of the marvelous activities going on. You’ll never run out of things to do, see, and enjoy when taking a quick Sausalito getaway.

What’s there to do in Sausalito? There are plenty of great things to do including hiking, sailing, and kayaking if you’re looking for some exciting things to do outdoors. Sometimes we really need to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city because let’s face it, Pleasanton in the San Francisco Bay area is often loud, excited, and there always seems to be something going on. On occasion, you’ll want to relax, destress, and visit somewhere much quieter even if it’s only for a weekend. That’s where Yountville comes into the picture.

The great thing about Yountville is it’s very close from the city. As a matter of fact, it’s only about an hour away, which makes it a very quick and easy drive. You’ll be there in no time at all.

Another wonderful thing about Yountville is that it’s really quiet. This is the best place to go if you’re looking to give your mind and body a rest. You’ll enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. There are plenty of geese, coyotes, pheasants, and the beautiful hills all surrounding this amazing area.

It also has some great wineries and it’s a beautiful Northern California romantic getaway location with lots of luxury suites, massages, organic food, and everything you’d want in a quiet weekend getaway destination.
